Our services consist of:

Sourcing suppliers and creating a shortlist report
- Organising tasting sessions, site visits and any other meetings needed
- Us to attend site visits where applicable
- Provide hints, tips and advice based on your needs
- Create a run of the day
- Create a site plan
- Create table plans
- Create a payments report showing what payments are required, the amounts and due dates
- Negotiate on pricing with suppliers - where applicable
- Provide a fresh pair of eyes over any plans that you already have in place
- Point of contact to suppliers – where applicable
- Provide advise on the do’s and don’ts
- Create and send newsletters to your guests
- Creation of a personal calendar where I can manage your meetings and send you meeting updates.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Initial Consultation
This is where we want to get to know more about you and your plans. We will go over your vision, discuss where you are up to and look at your budget and requirements. We will then find out what support/services you require. This call is usually a 30 – 60-minute call depending on your requirements.
Get to it!
We will look over any pre-arranged suppliers, arrangements, and contracts. We will then get to work to help create a magical day. We will produce a wedding report that includes a checklist, budget, payment information as well a comprehensive ‘on the day’ wedding schedule to manage timings. We will co-ordinate your appointments, assist with contract and pricing negotiations and keep suppliers up to date.
Hand over to you
Once our work is done and everything is organised it will be time to hand everything back over to you. We will give you a full run down and answer any questions that you may have ready for your big day.
We don’t offer on the day co-ordination.
We have two packages available depending on your budget:
Silver
This is for those of you that need some help getting started. After you’ve completed a pre-call form about your wedding, including anything that you know at this stage plus what help you require. I will propose a brief on what I feel we need to focus on and when you are happy, we can get a call booked in that will last (X). Typically, the areas we will focus on but not limited to:
- Helping you create a timeline
- Hints/tips/expert advice based on your needs
- Run of the day templates
- Review of where you are up to we will then provide new ideas where applicable
- Advice on budgets

Gold
This is your all-in package. Again you will need to complete a pre-call form, however, I will be your helping hand throughout the whole process. We can manage as little or as much of the following:
- Everything on the bronze packages is included
- Supplier proposal (x options for each supplier required based on your brief)
- Where applicable I can act as your point of contact for your suppliers on the lead up to your wedding
- Keep track of your payments and when the deadline for payments is – I can remind you where applicable
- On hand advice via email or WhatsApp
- Catch up calls throughout the process
- Design your table plans based on the information you provide to me
- Design site plans where needed
- Meet suppliers on site visits where needed
- Create the run of the day
- Organizing tasting sessions
- Create news letters
- Negotiations on price

ADDITIONAL SERVICE
November – March we offer a venue set up service. In this service we can go to your venue and get it set up for your wedding, this can be setting up the tables, putting your flowers out, setting any props up or generally dressing the venue for you - You provide the products, and we do the set up.
